A trip to the Jura Mountains on the Swiss border, and area described as "Littel Canada". Quite a long way to drive, but with an overnight stop in each direction; Clos de Montvinage in Etreaupont on the way out and L'Oree du Bois on the return. The base for the trip was the Hotel Taillard in Goumois. The itinerary took in numerous scenic drives along the gorges and valleys in the area, and passwing into Switzerland we had one day in Bescancon, where the Hotel de Ville arranged special parking for us in the Place de la Revolution, and one whole day dedicated to the Schlumpf Museum.
